Cyclophilin B (also known as PPIB, peptidylpropyl isomerase B) is a cyclosporine-binding protein and is mainly located within the endoplasmic reticulum. It is associated with the secretory pathway and released in biological fluids. This protein can bind to cells derived from T-and B-lymphocytes, and may regulate cyclosporine A-mediated immunosuppression. Variants have been identified in this protein that give rise to recessive forms of osteogenesis imperfecta.
Anti-Cyclophilin B Monoclonal Antibody(7B2) was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen, with reactivity including Human, Mouse and Rat. This antibody has been tested with WB applications. And Abbkine suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:1000-2000.
We always have faith in the quality of Abbkine's products. And the quality of Anti-Cyclophilin B Monoclonal Antibody(7B2) is found satisfactory. My reactivity is Mouse, the experimental results are obvious.
